Following a deep-dive into the company’s culture (including interviews with dozens of Distinguished’s employees) Moncur rolled out a bold, yet aesthetically classy rebrand. One key element of the style was the “dot,” which served not just as a period to their name, but a data point—metaphorically representing people—and the bokeh effect one often associates with celebrations and gatherings.
The brand's previous color palette was featured in the 2016 Annual Report, serving as a public introduction for the new aesthetic while easing viewers into the shift.
